Job Description
We are seeking an associate who will be responsible for safely operating several high-speed de-batching machines to cut fabric to customer specifications. Associate will receive Level 1 pay upon completion of training and certification.Responsibilities:Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer specifications when automated system is not availableUse the BARCO inspection system to record defects and grade fabric for shipmentAbility to work closely with team members and trainer to learn all expectations and functions of the positionWill be expected to cross train on various high speed de-batchers using the Barco Inspection terminalWill be required to cross train for in-line inspectionJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.25/HRShift: 3rd Shift – varies based on business conditionsShift Premium: To be eligible for the premium, associates cannot have any attendance issues, including tardiness.
