A prominent locomotive rebuilder established in 1980 and based in Greenville, South Carolina, is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer/Business Development Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote heavy industrial equipment sales across the United States and Canada.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Some travel as needed within the US and Canada.
