Job Description
Phillips Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join the team at a leading manufacturer of electronic components and capacitors in Simpsonville, SC! The ideal candidate displays strong attention to detail and quality as well as excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Inspect product for defects before loading onto machine
- Inspect for defects before loading product into cure oven
- Do periodic quality checks throughout the process, in a timely manner
- Maintain 5S standard
- Wear proper PPE, Safety Glasses, Gloves for oven
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- At least 1 year of quality inspection experience
- Excellent attendance and a solid work history
- Basic Windows familiarity
Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour
