Job Description

 Phillips Staffing is looking for creative and outgoing individuals for a valued client within the Upstate Responsibilities: 
  • Receive, unload, inventory, position and maintain all plants along with associated material within the sales yard
  • Maintain plant care measurements to ensure healthy plants
  • Build rapport with customers based on needs and orders
  • Load sales orders onto trucks for delivery/pick up with material handling equipment
  • Maintain accurate paperwork for inventory control and to accurately audit associated material
 Other Duties: 
  • Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
  • Behave in a positive manner to enhance productivity and the success of the company
  • Use and operate radio communication effectively and professionally for order fulfillment
  • Operate skid steer and MHE under OSHA certifications
  • Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
 Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Effective and friendly communication skills
  • Be able to lift 50lbs 
  • Ability to become certified to operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
  • Have a flexible work schedule due to weather and work flow demand
