Job Description


 Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented and innovative individuals in a fast- paced environment for leading tool manufacturer in Anderson, SC. Responsibilities: 
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues with machinery to provide continuous productivity
  • Ensure all products built according to procedure and specifications
  • Perform final integration and testing of systems for leakage before final shipping
  • Support the receiving of returned product, investigating the product and determine cost of repair
  • Liaising with previous and next lines of production for continuous work flow
  • Ensure all machine equipment and test fixtures are calibrated on schedule
  • Ensure all raw material are stored properly, safely and clearly identified
 Other Duties: 
  • Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
  • Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company
  • Complete daily work sheets for productivity 
  • Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
 Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
  • Basic math skills for mechanical measuring equipment
  • Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
