Phillips Staffing of Anderson is currently seeking Entry Level & Skilled Machine Operators for a valued client in Anderson, SC!

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out finishing operation on parts (operations involved include but are not limited to cutting, trimming, operating special purpose equipment).
  • Carry out assembly operations as required.
  • Operate test equipment as required.
  • Carry out quality checks and inspect each part for quality defects.
  • Record production data in ERP system as required.
  • Rework product as required.
  • Assist with training of new operators as required.
  • Respond to anything that will result in a faulty product being shipped to a client customer.

Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time. ( 8 hour shift)
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion activities including, but not limited to assembly, standing, lifting, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
