Job Description


Phillips Staffing is looking for energic, detailed oriented and creative individuals who are flexible to change within a medium paced environment for leading manufacturing plant in the Upstate Responsibilities: 
  • Run quality fabric on dryer
  • Transport rolls of fabric to warehouse and inspection areas
  • Monitor moisture monitors
  • Record picks and widths for each role
  • Maintain and monitor dryer temperature and speed specifications
 Other Duties: 
  • Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
  • Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and success of the company
  • Complete daily work sheets for productivity 
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
 Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Read and write English
  • Basic math skills for measurement
  • Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Follow dress code including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
