Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and organized individuals that can multi-task and follow directions. The candidate should be able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment. This position also involves the movement of parts racks and carts between assembly operations, assisting in maintaining a smooth production process (Material Flow management). Candidates for this position should be self-motivated, physically fit, and excellent team players.Responsibilities:Set Bolt Assembly:
  • Assemble set bolt assemblies according to specific instructions, ensuring the use of correct bolts, spring washers, and flat washers.  Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of assembled Set bolts.
  • Ensure accuracy among a variety of set bolt combinations.
Materials Management:
  • Move parts racks and carts between assembly operations, ensuring assemblers have the necessary parts for production.  Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, avoiding disruptions in production. Sort and stage parts according to production schedule.  
Attention to Detail:
  • Exercise meticulous attention to detail in all assembly tasks to guarantee the highest product quality.  Ensure products meet established quality standards.
Physical Stamina:
  • Perform tasks that involve significant walking and lifting during a 10hour shift.
  • Adhere to proper lifting and safety techniques to prevent injuries.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with different assembly areas and take input from team members to enhance overall production processes.  Communicate effectively and work together to achieve common goals. Regularly communicate and coordinate with line leads of plan changes so the correct parts are getting to the line.
Organization and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of assembled set bolt assemblies and related materials.
  • Adapt to changing demand and respond to various internal customer needs.
  • Keep the workspace clean and well organized.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of a 10hour shift.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
